Online Donation Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

•Online donations are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made under specific circumstances.

•Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation.

•Refunds will be considered for reasons such as incorrect donation amount or duplicate transactions.

2. Refund Request Procedure

•Refund requests must be submitted via email to the donations team at info@seedch.org.

•The following information must be provided:

•Donor’s name

•Donation date and amount

•Donation confirmation number (if available)

•Reason for refund request

3. Refund Processing

•Once a refund request is received, the donations team will review it and notify the requester of the decision within 7 days.

•If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

•Refund processing may take 5-10 business days after approval.

4. Non-refundable Donations

•The following donations are non-refundable:

•Recurring donations after the setup

•Donations for special events or campaigns

•Donations to designated funds (funds used for a specific purpose)
