ABOUT THE TRACK
Christian Education is an inevitable part in Next Generation and their families. This track allows an applicant, under pastoral staff mentorship and guidance, to experience different aspects of ministries in various departments in Seed (Toddlers, Kindergarten, Elementary, Youth Group).

Qualifications
Anyone who is interested in Next Gen. ministries can apply. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Application Process

Step 1

Fill out Seed Apprenticeship Application and submit resume with cover letter

Interview process with pastoral staff

  • An applicant is encouraged to go through all the departments in Christian Education according to the curriculum, but in some cases, it may be modified with mutual agreement.
  • An applicant will work closely with the mentoring pastor, department leaders, teachers, and parents. Background check will be conducted before commencement of the apprenticeship.
  • Throughout the program, mutual feedback will be exchanged in various settings.
  • An applicant is expected to spend no more than 10 hours per week. The apprenticeship is a paid program and the maximum applicants allowed per semester is three.
